Weight-loss is not as big a deal as you think it is. Yes, you heard it right! Well if you think otherwise then the internet must have been given you some really "wacky wrong advices" over the years. I faced it. So I know it. Things I read about weight loss in the internet. Huff!

But worry not, I will share you my journey from 85 kgs  to 57 kgs in just about 45 days.

Excess fat (overweight/obesity) brings us a host of diseases which is why we must try to get rid of it as soon as possible.




I understand that not all can give much time to self-fitness out of their busy schedule. Below I list down some of the healthy habits that can keep us fit under tight work schedules.


1. Healthy Diet

Well, before you start any weight-loss trick, you must first know few basics. Every article just writes and yet confuses us about what to eat and what to avoid because not all can maintain such a diet schedule. I will keep it short and mention only the key points that proved to be helpful to me: 

-Never skip breakfast.

-Stay hydrated.

-Lower sugar intakes.

-Avoid alcohol.

-Take fibrous foods and green vegetables.

-Take meals rich in protein.

After we adapt to these basic diet rules, lets go to the first weight loss trick with jeera water. 


2. Jeera water (cumin seeds soaked in water)

Apart from solving a host of health problems like poor digestion, constipation, insulin resistance, metabolism, jeera water can effectively help burn belly fat and lose weight.



The jeera water increases our metabolism, but only to a point. If we don't change your diet along too, eventually your body will readjust our metabolism, and we will not lose any more weight. How much weight we can lose from jeera water depends on our level of obesity. If someone is 30 kgs more than he normally should be, then he/she can effectively lose 10+ kgs with daily consumption of jeera water twice a day for 2 weeks. Whereas for someone who is about only 15kgs more than he normally should be, then he/she can effectively lose about 6-7 kgs of weight in 2 weeks (15 days) using this method. 

However to lose some more weight one must adhere to simple daily workouts at home.


3. Home Workouts

There are a plenty of home workouts available in the internet and again you must be bored reading those. So let me help you point out the easiest effective home workout tricks:

- Jumping (Preferably use skipping rope)

- Sit ups 

- Plank (try extending your holding stamina by 2 secs everyday)

- Evening/Morning walk
